INSTALLATION
Donaflex provides packaging and transportation of products to any terrain as required, both domestically and internationally. Our team of technicians conducts on-site surveys to assess locations and terrain prior to installation. Additionally, we offer Inspection & Operation services as well as Training for Plant Managers. We closely monitor the progress and supervise each stage of installation by subcontractors on-site. We ensure that installation procedures are carried out accurately and delivered on schedule as agreed upon in the contract.
MAINTENANCE & SERVICE
Donaflex offers technical services and emergency troubleshooting under usage conditions. For warranty and urgent maintenance conditions, maintenance engineers will promptly be on-site within 12 hours (depending on the area), not exceeding 24 hours for routine maintenance tasks (depending on the area). Accessories are manufactured in Vietnam, ensuring timely replacements without interrupting production. Additionally, Donaflex provides monthly maintenance packages with scheduled appointments to enhance product lifespan. Donaflex's customer service hotline staff are available 24/7 to address any issues promptly.
